Currently MGI/Sureshotgps are sold out/out of stock of the 9000/9500x batteries and at this stage unsure as to when or if they will be back in stock.
Currently the only option to keep the unit going is to purchase a non-genuine battery for the 9000/9500x, you will also need a to purchase an external charger to charge the battery.
How to get a new battery is to purchase the below non-genuine battery, but you will also need to purchase an external charger to charge the BL-5c battery since it will not charge through the unit like a genuine 9500x battery.
