If you are unable to download the Aerial map, you can still use the unit in Air 1 & Air 2 format.
Select Settings > Course List
Course List – this will bring up the nearest courses to your present position
Select desired course
Once you have chosen the desired course, select exit/return button twice (black area on the bottom of the unit – right hand side >> “…”
Then select Favourites and select the course from here
Since there will not be an Aerial map, select pink button on left of screen and change to Air 1 or Air 2 display.
Note – Gps signal lock may take 5 to 10 minutes, best to start the unit and leave for 5 > 10 minutes before selecting Course List or Favourite Course
The unit will start and default to the last course selected.
