Please choose your membership carefully as each membership is valid for the period purchased. You may upgrade your membership at anytime, however this is regarded as a new purchase. No refund is given on any unused memberships or differences in membership costs. Memberships are non-transferable & non-refundable. A membership cannot be suspended and must be used over consecutive months.
SureShotGPS will deliver to the address designated at the time of ordering. It is your obligation to provide the correct delivery address. Should you enter the wrong address, SureShotGPS are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at SureShotGPS’s expense. Any delivery date SureShotGPS quote is approximate. SureShotGPS are not liable for any delay in delivery, howsoever caused.
Title in products does not pass until payment has been received. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon dispatch. SureShotGPS are not liable for any loss or damage caused by products being lost, stolen or damaged after dispatch.
You may return an item that has been purchased from SureShotGPS because you have changed your mind or are unhappy with it, provided that the item is:
Unused and in original condition
Returned to us within 14 days of delivery
In a saleable condition
Returned in original packaging with all accessories.
You must pay the cost of returning the item to SureShotGPS. SureShotGPS will refund the original purchase price, excluding delivery charges, following receipt of the returned item.
Except where required by law, you must return defective goods to us within 14 days of receipt. SureShotGPS will then refund the original product price via the original method of payment. Alternatively, if you request, SureShotGPS will repair or provide a replacement item. We will despatch your repaired or replacement item (subject to availability) following receipt of the returned item, at SureShotGPS’s cost.
SureShotGPS’s liability in connection with the supply of goods or services to you is, to the maximum extent permitted by law, limited to:
in relation to goods, the replacement of the goods, the supply of equivalent goods, or the payment of the cost of replacing the goods; and
in relation to services, supplying of the services again, or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.
