Sureshotgps sponsor junior golfer, Connor Brown
Sureshotgps are proud to announce the new sponsorship of budding young golfer, Conor Brown.
Conor, 15, began playing golf at 12 years old and is a member at Rossdale Golf Club. In just 2 years Conor's handicap has gone from 24 to 8 impressing golfers of all ages. Conor has participated in a number of junior tournaments including Stuart Appleby and various club teams championships. He played his first year of Colts pennant this year, won a junior pennant grand final and was awarded best junior trophy in 2010. Conor has also represented his school, St. Bedes College, at the Victorian Team's championships and the World School Golf Championships in South Africa in April this year. Not bad for a teenager who has only been playing for 3 years!
We are delighted to sponsor such a talented young golfer and look forward to watching him grow and develop his game for the future
Australia's "biggest, richest and most entertaining week of golf", the Mitsubishi World Masters, is on from 25th to 31st October 2009 on the Gold Coast. With 18 championship divisions, it ensures that players compete alongside golfers their own age and standard. Go Golfing has approved a local rule permitting the use of distance measuring devices at Go Golfing events, and Sureshot is proud to be directly affiliated with this development.
